Perfect location to access all the attractions of downtown with lots of dining options within a short walk, including Pike Place Market. The host and onsite staff were proactive and very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people.

The esthetics of this hotel are beautiful. You are in a prime location and feels like luxury the moment you step in. Definitely would return!

We arrived early right after we disembarked from the cruise ship. Our flight was very early the next morning. I had requested an early check in a few days before. This is a quaint hotel with fantastic doormen and front desk ladies. The bell men were very kind and were always available to help if requested. You need a valid room card to access your floor which added an extra sense of security. Once we arrived around 10 AM I was advised the room was not ready. My daughter and I decided to walk around the area and shop etc. Our room was not ready until check in time of 4 pm (completely acceptable and expected) they apologized profusely and were able to gift my daughter a little surprise for her birthday :) Very happy with service and will return because of the exceptional staff.

Truly close to EVERYTHING! Staff was very friendly. Walked in an evening with a bottle of wine, was offered opener & real wine glasses. Had a nice after dinner glass of wine on the rooftop. Would stay again.

This hotel had the friendliest and most helpful staff that I have ever encountered! They helped with making transfer arrangements from the airport as well as to our cruise port a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The in room Nespresso machine as well as the one in the lobby were so convenient and the coffee was amazing. Best of all were the views from the rooftop viewing area. Highly recommend this destination.
